Pick up and delivery

We make necessary arrangement for pick up from the seller according to the quantity and size of the equipment. This is a paid service and the schedule of pick up is being decided based on the logistics. In case of sales and wherever required it is pleasure for us to identify the proper local transporter and shipping line for cross border transportation of the equipments in right size of the container.

Packaging

Generally these equipments are being packed on the pallets and proper layer of cardboard or thermocol is being placed to protect each layer and individual pieces. In case if the customer requires special packaging that can be arranged as per the requirement of the order subject to availability of necessary packing material. This is a paid service and will be carried out only when there is an explicit instruction from the customer.

Painting

Wherever required the electronic equipments may be painted as per the instruction of the customers. Otherwise also if it is found that the life of the equipment is good enough but due to climatic condition it has lost it it's aesthetic value it is generally advised to get the same painted either dry or wet as per the requirement and acceptability of the equipment.

Post sale service

Data protection

We would like to assure our customers for taking necessary steps to protect data either in the removable or hard disk. On confirmation we can provide service for destroying the same.
