predefined schedule coinciding with implementation
plans collecting old when new is installed,

"cherry-pick" higher specification equipment,
leaving older or broken items; all requested
items are removed from site. Equipment collections
can be arranged in or out of normal working
hours and provision made for sufficient vehicles
and personnel to meet the anticipated maximum
collections on any given day.
